Those dimples, the plague of my life!! But thankfully they happen to even the best of us like high fashion models and celebrities! Swimsuit season is over but it doesn’t mean that we have to let go and pretend like they don’t exist just because they’re not made visible to the entire world!
So thanks to 3 simple ingredients, we can easily combat our butt and legs worst nightmare.
Cellulite’s enemy #1 is caffeine, which tightens and provides antioxidants to the skin when applied topically. When applied repeatedly, it helps reduce the appearance of cellulite.
We combine coffee grounds with moisturising coconut oil and a bit of sea salt for an extra exfoliation. By massaging your problem areas, you will stimulate blood flow resulting in smoother, firmer skin.
- 1 cup coffee grounds
- 6 tbsp coconut oil
- 3 tbsp sea salt or sugar
- empty jar
Measure out the dry ingredients and combine in a large measuring cup or bowl.
Melt the coconut oil.
Mix all ingredients in a jar.
In the shower, apply your scrub to areas with cellulite. Massage the scrub onto skin in a circular motion before rinsing. Repeat every time you shower for best results.
Note: make fresh scrub each time as the ingredients do not conserve.
